Yes, it's wise to reseal your driveway from time to time. If you let it go you will, at some point, be faced with the cost of repaving. Being in the north east and we are subject to extreme temperature changes from 0 degrees to a surface temperature that could exceed 140 degrees. As a result, Consequently, your asphalt driveway takes a beating!

Completely thorough, professional, and worth the money and time. I had met with several deck builders. None of them informed me about the paperwork involved with the town. They simply wanted to get hired, get paid, and start. Larry was the ONLY one who supplied a portfolio of previous jobs. He also explained the lengthy permit process, which I confirmed with Town Hall. This was an eye opening and MASSIVE plus!!! Walt and Chris worked tirelessly and meticulously to build our beautiful deck and Larry was on hand occasionally to supervise. Had our basement finished by them. While the work appears to be of good quality (only one major issue since completion 5 months ago that was addressed and remedied immediately), communication with Larry often proved to be challenging. While he was always very prompt at responding to us with any questions/concerns, at one point I felt that I needed to have some sort of paper trail and would only communicate with him via text/email as many things that were discussed had been forgotten or confused. The job also took 4 months longer than it was supposed to (contract said estimated completion in April
