After years of watching some of the same problems with technicians and complaints from customers go unanswered it became clear that a new path had to be forged. We were baffled why no company took the initiative given so many around to become the best option around.
Quarterly Services are our most popular plan and recommended option for most issues. Quarterly plans have the best value for customers with a full guarantee for any issue between quarterly checkups. If any issues arise outside of regular service times, we will address them for no charge. You can also bundle with other services like mosquito for additional discounts.
One Time mosquito treatments are best for parties, special events, holidays, or when things just get out of hand around your property and you need somebody to put mosquitos in their place. Pricing is relative to the size of the property we are treating but starts at $100 and is guaranteed for one week.
All specialty bed bug, termite, and animal services require a no cost detailed inspection before pricing can be established. All animal control projects do not use cages and are guaranteed not to harm the animal during removal. At Raven Pest we are equipped to perform traditional liquid termite treatments using industry leading products to prevent or eliminate active termite infestations.

We previously had 2 different pest control companies performing quarterly services. My wife and I both felt that the service techs were more concerned with getting in and out to the next job than actually performing the service needed.
After calling around for pricing, we set an appointment with Raven. They sent Matt to our house and he was far more thorough than our last companies and pointed things out to us that we were never informed of previously. Raven is also much less expensive. Would recommend.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Their prices beat other companies, which I love. The main reason I'd recommend Raven Pest is that they took care of my ant problem!
