We waited two weeks for an appointment with this business. We received ZERO communication with them until the morning of scheduled service, and then got a text in all caps saying the tech couldn’t get hold of us. There were no messages on my or my husband’s phone. When I texted back to say this, a few minutes later a message showed up on my phone. I then said it would have been helpful if they would have given us a time window instead of expecting us to instantly jump at their all-caps text messages. Then, they got defensive and said they “have been telling their customers for decades”

I have called Ken's twice in the last month. The first for my dryer, and after a quick phone discussion we were able to determine the most likely cause of the problem. They came out quickly and replaced the part for a reasonable price. The second time was for a microwave. During the conversation, the gentlemen I spoke with was upfront and honest about the lack of availability of parts for my appliance. It's rare anymore that a service company will be that upfront and not try and milk a charge.
