Aaron was able to get out to clean the dryer vent system within just a few days of calling him. When he arrived he had all the tools handy and was ready to get to work right away. After only a few minutes of cleaning out the duct there was a ton of lint that he got out that he promptly pulled out his vacuum and cleaned it up along with all the debris that you usually find behind/under your dryer. He then went outside and cleaned out the rest of the ducting and I could not believe the amount of lint that was in there. 9 year old house and there was a LOT of lint. Had Aaron out to clean ducts. Upon inspection, did not need it so he asked if we wanted our dryer vent checked. He was not going to charge me for the duct inspection . Checking the dryer vent, found that not only had the hose come loose and filled the back of the dryer cavity with lint, but when he cleaned the vent to the roof, pulled out about 1 cubic foot of lint. So very glad he checked and repaired the vent. Went on the roof and found more lint topside and cleaned it too, along with some bathroom vents that had wasp nests. Our scheduled day was very rainy, but he was considerate enough to call and ask if I wanted to reschedule as not to track dirt and mud through my house.
On the next scheduled visit, he was on time and professional. After inspection of my system, it turned out I didn't need the service at all.. He uses a camera to inspect the vents and allowed me to watch as he checked.. He was very affordable and did not overcharge me for the visit. I would recommend Aarons Air for vent inspections.

Very unhappy with this business. Owner came to clean out my vent and simply did not clean it. He charged me $150. He found water and lint under the dryer indicating a clog somewhere in the duct. He proceeded to "clean" it out. The dryer operated no better. I had it checked by an appliance repair company who found it in perfect working order and told me it had to be the vent. They recommended Dryer Vent Wizzard who found a huge bird nest at the roof vent outlet. I contacted Aaron's by phone and letter and received about half my money back but no compensation for the unnecessary appliance

Arrived on time, as scheduled. Outstanding service, competitively priced and a very good value. There used to be two cats living in our residence but my significant other has extremely severe cat allergies so not only did the cats need to be given new loving homes but the air ducts needed to be cleaned to eliminate the cat allergens trapped in them from when the cats lived here. We contacted Aaron because of the special brush tool he uses which not only vacuums the duct work but thoroughly cleanses the interior by shaking loose and vacuuming debris and allergens. Aaron went above and beyond
