I keep getting a bill for a service I am not sure even happened since the property is a rental and I got no notice of service or appointment time. Seems to me that its a very money hungry company that preys on people for service that was not requested or provided.

I have used Vulcan for my pest control for over 25 years. All the technicians have been great. Today Frankie came out and he was superb. He took his time and pointed out areas we could help solve our problem. I felt bad because he spent so much time educating us and explaining why we were having the problem we were having. Thanks again, Vulcan, you have a gem with Frankie.

This company is constantly hounding me to pay a bill for services never rendered.
Paid after initial calls of company claiming I was behind and to "get on schedule", but will not pay again after their last "service" at my property (2018). I had a person at my house at time of scheduled service, inspector sat in drive way for ~5 minutes then left without even looking at the house. I will not pay claimed amount due & will not recommend to anybody for this absolute fraud of a company.
Writing review in 2021 due to continued calls and paper bills requesting nearly $150 for someone to sit in my driveway

I used this company for years for my yearly termite bond inspection and was pleased. I put my house on the market and had to get a wood infestation report and the employee they sent was absolutely horrible to me a senior citizen. Rude, hateful, Intimidating and broke/ cracked the stairs to my attic. When questioned about the stairs, he took a… picture and said he was going to report it to his employer. He did not ! I called and spoke with the manager Fred Smith and this employee had not discussed it with him. Mr. Smith was very nice came out looked at the stairs and did another inspection

If anyone is considering using Vulcan Termite & Pest Control in Pelham, don’t waste your time! The only thing this company is qualified to do is waste yours! I emailed them first of the week and requested a phone call to set up an appointment. I provided my cell and office number as well as my email. No response. They instead called my husbands… cell and left a voicemail. I called the following day and the girl who answered said they forwarded my email to someone else in the office, someone who obviously had zero ability to comprehend or follow simple instructions. I paid Vulcan Termite for 30 years to inspect my home. During that time, I had $30K worth of repairs. They never took a picture of any problem, or did a moisture level. Twice, they made notations on inspection tickets after they left my home.
When another contractor found active termites, I had to join a class action settlement to be paid for that repair. Six years later, I received the check.
I would recommend them to NO ONE.
