J.AG. & Sons Overhead Door have the BEST customer service. I reached out to J.AG. & Sons Overhead Door because they installed the garage doors in my home in 2014 and did an amazing job! They provided me great customer service and helped me out in the summer of 2021 when my garage door jammed leaving my vehicle stuck inside. This exceeded my expectations because they were able to come out to my home the next day on a Sunday with no extra charge. J.AG. & Sons Overhead Door quoted me to install, 3 garage door openers for my in-laws for Christmas 2021. Within a weeks time before Christmas They delivered

Jim arrived on time and was very, courteous and friendly. He walked me through what needed to be done prior to starting the job. There was extra cosmetic work that needed to be done and he took care of it without an issue. I would absolutely recommend JAG to anyone who needs garage door work completed.

Our garage door broke of course on a Friday night, around 8pm. I found Joe from a mutual friend and I’m so glad we did. He came out first thing on Saturday to temporarily fix it so we could at least use the garage. He then came right out to fix it and did an amazing job. We are so happy to find him and will definitely be telling our friends. My favorite part about this, I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of and the service was by far superior.

Polite, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. Made appointment quickly (came the very next day.). When the service representative came, he was clean, upbeat, worked quickly, yet took the time to answer my questions in detail. He gave me tips on preventative care, and left the area clean and neat when he left. It was a pleasure doing business with J.A.G. & Sons and would happily contact them again in the future for any of my garage door needs. Definitely recommend!
