In 1977, Ken Kinard started working in the Construction industry, gaining the experience he would need to later incorporate Ken Kinard & Co. in 1990. At the time, the company's focus was on small residential home building projects. Since then, it has expanded into doing larger Residential projects including custom homes and complicated renovations, as well as small and large Commercial jobs.

Ken Kinard & Co. owes its success to the collective skills and experience of its leadership and relationships with reliable subcontractors. Having experienced designers, engineers, and other tradesmen working together as a team produces both affordable and quality construction. Our staff are recruited not only for their qualifications and abilities, but also for their alignment with our company values.
