Northlake Glass has been serving Mandeville, Louisiana and surrounding areas since 1977. Business and staff has grown substantially over the years, with lifelong customers, who we consider part our Northlake Glass family. When Dewey and Pat retired in 2008, Dwayne Carpenter their eldest son took over the business, which has flourished even more, bringing in more valued customers, friends and family.

These guys were very personable, professional and completed my order in no time. I dropped off a table on a Friday and got a call by end of day Monday that it would be ready for pickup by Tuesday. The price was affordable and service with a hug and a smile. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star was because they couldn't do etchings or designs in glass but plain and frosted glassed they are the people to call. Also, conveniently located. 4.5-stars.

I called on 8-3 regarding a glass quote. My shower was measured on 8-4. At time of measurement I was told to expect the quote by end of business 8-5 and that the glass could take up to 2 weeks. After 6 follow up phone calls asking for a QUOTE it is 8-17 and I do not have a quote. If you have all the time in the world then feel free to pursue this company however if you prefer timely customer service look elsewhere.

Not once, not twice, but three times they measured my shower door wrong. Took two weeks for each door that was ordered to be shipped. Yes, that's 6 weeks of waiting because they are incompetent. The owner completely lacks customer service skills, you would think after your employees measure a door wrong 3 times you would have some sort of apology, right? Nope, he actually informed me that he did a favor for my builder by giving them a free shower door despite already receiving full payment for the job that should have been completed 6 weeks prior. Northlake was the first Northshore company I could get to respond! They replaced over 40 windows. Had the usual hiccups with that size job, but they communicated well and took care of us. In fact, when we thought our window washing contractor had damaged a window and agreed to pay, Northlake replaced the window and found that it was a manufacturing defect. They called me to let me know and refunded the money. I highly recommend Northlake and will use them in the future for my window and glass needs.

Customer Service Rep that assisted me on the phone and the the Auto Glass Technician, that came to my home, were very courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Broke our tempered glass on the back door while cutting grass. Being a Mandeville Native, I called Northlake. Married to a Covington boy, he called his hometown glass company. Well, my Mandeville company beat competitor by $240 plus they had it in stock and came right over. Workers were quick and professional. Keep up the great work.
