We hired Aurora plumbing to check for a natural gas leak. On the plus side, they had availability the next day and showed up on time. The downside is that after testing and finding that we were just missing an inexpensive cap, we were charged $500. For about 30 min of work. Can't figure out if the labor is worth $1000 an hour or if we have the world's most valuable cap....

Two hose bibs (outdoor faucets) needed replacing. I provided the new ones. I was told I needed to pay $420 for replacing each one. $7 a minute (each hose bib would take an hour).
then, when I wasn't stupid enough to be taken advantage of, they wanted to charge me $39 for showing up and telling me they didn't know how to do what I asked, but a "technician would come and do it."
Then... they WROTE MY CREDIT CARD INFO INCLUDING VERIFICATION NUMBER AND EXPIRATION DOWN...IN TRIPLICATE... ON A PAPER "stored in a file"....
at least they have a file of credit card numbers

Steven took care of us! The service this company provides has not disappointed. They have been to our home multiple times to check our old swamp cooler and install a new one. Pump broke on the new one and they came by bright and early the next day. Very transparent on pricing and everything they will be doing, even gives others options to think about. We had some recent work provided by your company on 12MAR2021. The total job included the install of (three) owner provided faucets, (one) owner provided disposal reattachment, and six 1/4 turn valves provided and install by APC. The whole completed job took you tech approximately 2.5 hours. My question is, the written bill was not fully itemized for cost of parts, or for hourly break down per task. It had a short description of work with just flat rate costs provided. Our job invoice# is 114085, our if needed I could email you a copy of the actual invoice. Is there a way to receive an itemized

I've been using Aurora plumbing for a number of years
for all my plumbing needs. A great company to work with. They always do a great job. Today Carlos worked on replacing a section of old pipes. He was very polite an answered all my questions. He also explained everything he was going to do and the cost before he started work. I have also had a gentleman Steven do several jobs for me. I highly recommend either of them if you desire a good job for a fair price.

I absolutely have to give APC Plumbing an awesome review for their professionalism, friendliness and understanding - please note I have not actually had their help with a plumbing issue. Here's what happened: more or less it was a Saturday afternoon when I had an immediate plumbing issue come up with a leaking bathtub. I called APC and immediately they answered, but unfortunately they didn't have any availability until Monday. However, the man on the phone was super friendly and helpful, so I agreed to an appointment Monday morning in case we couldn't find anyone else to come out

Rudest plumber I have had. Shows up stated price was wrong that's as quoted and there is an hourly rate after the first hour. I don't recommend this group. When calling and talking to office they said/did nothing. I don't recommend places that change pricing on the spot and add fee's and hourly rates...

My washing machine drain spout would spill water every time I did a load of laundry. One of their plumbers came out on 1/31 and I had to call back when I found more water on the floor under the washer recently , so Dallas came back out today to check the line. It turns out my washing machine was leaking as well and the clean out drain had a crack in it. Thanks to their 30 day guarantee the second trip was free. I really appreciate the information that Dallas provided including looking at my water heater as well as his customer service oriented demeanor. I will call them again if I have other plumbing

Communication was lacking both online and when I called the office. I did schedule an appointment with the promise of a call to tell me prices. I got a call later that day that the prices weren't really available. Once price, clearly just a guess, seemed really high. I was told the tech would call me the next day to go over my needs and to… address prices. I decided to call another company and ended up booking with the. I did try to cancel by chat here on FB, I left a message,and I also called the number I had been called from, only to be met with a busy signal. I finally did receive a call

I had previously written a bad review of this company, because we were given a second a opinion on a furnace issue that APC (specifically Kaleb) had found. After receiving a second opinion (from a friend in HVAC) we were under the impression that APC was trying to swindle us. I received several quotes to run a gas line from an existing fireplace to our stove, and to also lower the plumbing under my kitchen sink in order to replace it with a deeper one. APC Plumbing responded to my call quickly, sent Marty out to give a quote the same day, and were the most reasonably priced. A separate company said it would cost $4000 just to run a gas line, and that it would take two days to complete. That didn't even account for moving the plumbing under the sink. Those pipes better be made of gold! Marty completed the entire job in one day and cost just under $1000 to complete

We are in the process of working on a kitchen remodel, and we wanted to have a quote for moving the pipes back by a foot. We were quoted $1200 - $1700 to move pipes and vent the roof. Guess that is not in our budget! Our second request was to have three shut-off valves installed because they were very old and dripping. It was the main shut-off to our house, and the laundry room valves. Wow, $580 later, CO2 alarms going off, a drywall mess that was not cleaned up, and customer service that was so sub par. I broke my thermostat at 7:30pm and called A.P.C. They answered the phone, took my information and said they would call the next morning between 7:30-8:00 am, to let me know when they would be out. At 7:32 the next morning they called and said they would be at my house at 8:45. I asked for a ball park price and was quoted a very reasonable price. They arrived when they said they would, installed the new thermostat walked me through how to program it, oh and the ball park price was within a dollar of the actual price.

APC was both affordable and prompt at helping my solve my plumbing problem.
Steve came out to my house to fix a rather complicated issue. He worked his butt off for 4 hours sweating and having to be in the most uncomfortable position to do it.
Steve was very courteous. I feel that he's a very friendly and honest gentleman.
The quote I got I felt was fair and reasonable compared to Brother's Plumbing's outrageous bid. I won't ever be using their service.

I had APC Plumbing Company come and fix a heater on November 5th 2014. The price that was quoted was outrageous and after a few weeks my heater stopped working well yet again. This isn't even the big problem.

Poorly run company! No friendy owners... The work was completed and the system works, I guess.... At least we haven't had any leaks on a zone valve installation, however one valve is broken and just clicked all night long. The plumber gauged my wife and up charged $400 for a $75valve. We wanted the valves installed ASAP because the weather was changing and we have a 2 week old and 2 year old. The owner of the company cannot be reached and the receptionist in not helpful.

The guy was absolutely on-time. I think the window was from 8-8:30, and he was here at 8:01. Basically a minute after 'early' which is amazing.
The work was done in a little over an hour.
The short notice still had someone there the next day.
The bad:
The price quoted to move a gas line a foot was about 75% higher than most of the other reputable people I've since talked to about it. This prompted the question of, do we pay the trip charge and get nothing done, or do we eat the frog and get this over with. We just got the work
