The National Fire Protection Agency recommends you have your fireplace inspected annually. Many people are unaware of the hazards of creosote buildup. Flue gases, which are contained in the smoke from burning wood, condense on a stove pipe or tile chimney liner. Over a period of time this burning process creates a flammable, black, crusty build up on that surface.
This is creosote, which creates a potential fire hazard in your chimney or flue and reduces the heating efficiency of your fire. The danger of creosote buildup and chimney fires is eliminated when you keep your chimney clean. We perform a Certified Inspection upon all of our schedule cleanings. A Level 3 Inspection with a Chim-Scan Video can be scheduled if needed.

My parents decided to use these people for a chimney repair. The man came out to inspect the chimney, said he will get back to my mom. My mom called back multiple times... same lady answered telling her that the owner will get back to her in no more than a day. My mom waited 4 weeks, until she called again with the same response. The owner finally called back and said that he was never told about my mom calling.... after further discussion, he admitted that he is overloaded with work. He will not give back the whole inspection fee... only half. Unreal. And a liar!!

I was waiting for a call for almost a month and when I called back the lady told me she needed to find some information and she would call me back and still waiting for her. But professional, liars and playing with the people and their time. I don’t recommend this business for anyone.

I had a $2500 quote from a different chimney sweep company with lots of "repairs" needed. I called coastal chimney sweep and he came back with a $650 quote! He said I didn't need all the work the other company tried to push on me. He came back within a few days to clean and fix my chimney with no problems! Would highly recommend this company!!
