We had an amazing experience with Grant! We were looking at a Subaru Outback but had just called when it was first listed! It needed some work so we waited a few weeks but Grant kept us up to date with everything & once it was available we took it home! The actual process of buying the car was a piece of cake! Bought the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. The second key fob was not available so an IOU was written. Took almost 5 months to get the second fob, but it's not programmed. I was told nobody there knew how to program it. I was told to go to their Nissan store in Chicago to get the fob programmed and to get any warranty work done. I have waited thru the pandemic and the mechanic strike to now be told, "oh the IOU was only good for 30 days!" How is it that if it took so long to get it, then no one could do it, then a strike, to only be told to go to their Nissan store. And Berman Nissan couldn

I was involved in a car accident which ended up totalling my car, I quickly found myself shopping for a new car. I had visited about 7 other dealerships before I stopped and met Erica. She was very patient and informative but most importantly she was not pushy. She even got me a better deal on financing than what my credit union is offering. Bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from them on July 8, 2021. One week later had trouble with the brakes only 44,000 miles on it. Called them talked to supposedly a manager to see if they could do anything to help us she said she would have the general manager call in a couple days because he was on vacation here it is weeks later never did call back. Very poor customer service. I ended up changing the front brakes myself the rotors were completely shot cannot believe they sold a vehicle with brakes in this shape. Evidently if they do complete inspections on them they totally missed this. This is the

EDIT: I bought this Subaru Legacy and after a week some lights came on. Fast forward I needed my catalytic converter replaced and was quoted at $3k by a Subaru dealership. I informed this Infiniti dealership and they took my car back. It took two weeks but with some patience they replaced the cat and didn’t charge me at all, even filled me up on gas. I saw the salesman, Milan, when I bought the car, took it back, and picked it up and he was really nice about everything. Not a bad experience for my first car I ever financed.
