Grub Control Report

Grubs feed on your lawn's root system, leaving unsightly dead, brown patches. If left untreated, your lawn could be seriously damaged and if you have them once, you can expect that they'll be back ready to damage your lawn all over again the next year. As we said, grubs love to munch on the roots of your lawn.

Core Aeration Report

Core Aeration creates small openings within the soil to help reduce compaction and improve the ability of grass roots to expand. Eventually the cores break down and help feed your lawn. Of course, one of the biggest benefits of aeration is reducing thatch - the dead organic material found on top of the soil surface.

Seeding Report

Kapp's has two seeding options options that can help your lawn recover from summer stress!. If your lawn has thin, damaged areas from the summer's heat, one of Kapp's options is the answer. We offer Dormant Seeding which is done early winter-the seed lies dormant until the soil temperatures warm in April or May.

For 3 years they have consistently started treatment for crab grass too late. Every year I'm told it was too cold and every year crab grass is a nightmare. Now, even clover is coming back. Definitely will not be using this service again

This company is a scam. They put fertilizer on my lawn which caused excessive crab grass to grow everywhere. They also never respond to phone calls to cancel their service. They actually showed up unexpected wanting to treat my lawn again after I called them twice to cancel. But in the past they have called me at 8:30 at night to try to upsell. If I could give them a negative rating I would certainly do so. I will never use this service again! Any positive reviews are probably fake.

I've used Kapp's for more than 20 years. They stand by their work. Any time that I've not been happy with my lawn (it's rare), they are quick to address it. I get a lot of compliments on my lawn from my neighbors. I always tell them, "Kapp's deserves the credit, not me."

THIS is what Kapp’s done to our lawn. If I could have put negative stars I would have! We are VERY frustrated !! In 18+ years our yard (even untreated) never looked this bad!! I believe that they waaayyyy over treated it! We have not had crabgrass in our front yard in years & it’s now everywhere!

I've been using a service to fertilize my lawn for about 23 years and have tried just about all of them. I left Kapps twice for a "bargain price", but quickly came right back. There's no comparison. My lawn looks great, they pick up the phone when you call, they immediately respond to any problems by sending out a manager, and they have been spraying perimeter of my house for bugs with good results the past 2-3 seasons. Great company!

I just spoke with Kapp's about their service in my subdivision. I don't use their service but a lot of people in my neighborhood do. Their technicians do not blow excess fertilizer off the sidewalks leaving a mess for people that walk their dogs through the neighborhood. They didn't seem to care about the health of our pets. They will only blow the excess fertilizer off the sidewalks if their customers request it. If you use their services please request that they provide this additional service for your neighborhood. I have observed other lawn care companies provide this service on every visit
