My fridge was broken in a few months. They didnt even offer me a store credit/discount to purchase a new one and they wouldnt repair it for free.

Bought my daughter a glass top stove in November, in January there was a loud popping noise, black smoke comes out, wont turn on. Called Boone's, was told it was used, so it is my problem. Wanted to charge me a service charge to look at it. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, APPLIANCE SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN 60 DAYS!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN
