I appreciate you guys soooo much!! I called ASAP in wilder thinking they would be cheaper as they are closer. They wanted to charge me almost DOUBLE to unlock a front door. 😒 Freaking ridiculous. They wouldn't take a debit card over the phone.. You guys found a tech, processed over the phone and made it happen! Thank you so so much!!

Was quoted something different than I thought. Communication lacked, services took too long, I was under the impression of paying for 2 keys and was told I was charged something different waiting forever to get any kind of response. However the owner who worked on my key was the most respectful and patient, happy go lucky guy. Overall at headquarters highly dissatisfied with professionalism except from the owner.

I stopped by yesterday to have several keys made. 2 of which were house keys. When I arrived home neither house keys would unlock or relock my house door. As I live several miles from this business and do not travel close to this business often I am not looking forward to having to return to have these keys remade. And when I do, and I will, will the remade keys fit the lock on my house door lock.

What I needed done was simple-enough for just about any locksmith, I suppose, but it certainly was easy here.
I have a Schlage deadbolt & locking entry doorknob and needed them keyed to the same key. The young woman working behind the counter did the job quickly, with a smile, and the charge was quite reasonable, $11.00 and change.
Again, this is a simple transaction for just about any locksmith but, based upon this one experience, I would certainly recommend this business.
It is easy to locate, with more than ample parking in front.

The second time I've used his services. #slowlearner Each time he has saved my butt in record time with reasonable prices and uber professionalism. I called another guy on here with 5 stars. They will have you waiting at least an hour or so which is OK I suppose. I called this place on a Sunday which most places are closed. He showed up, took 2 minutes, popped the door. It was great, exactly the service I needed. Handed over $55 and called it a day. A little expensive, yes but I was stuck in a different town and needed help. It is what it is, if your in nampa, call these guys.

I called to have a key car replaced. Spoke with a guy named Joe who was very rude in telling me how difficult this would be. After getting frustrated with his tone of voice, I suggested that maybe it would be better if I called someone else. At this point, he hung up on me. If this is any reflection of their type of customer service, I would recommend contacting one of the many other locksmiths in the area.

It was 9:00 pm and I was on my way home from a dance recital when I realized that I had locked my keys in my car. I went online and called them and they came immediately to my location within 15 minutes had my car unlocked and keys out within less than 60 seconds. To make things even better they billed my insurance for me. Will always use them in the future. They were a life saver!!!

The lady manage is rude, she makes it sound like it's MY fault for not knowing certain things about keys and programming. Umm this is my first time owning a newer car. How would I know this stuff!?? Other then her attitude the other employees are fast and professional, although I have had to come in 2 extra times to have the keys I purchased reprogrammed 2 more times (technology sometimes failes, I get that). I was always able to get in within days to get that programming done. This last time I needed the reprogram the 3rd key I tried to use it after I lost it (during a move) and I stressed

Excellent service and quick response!! I was locked out of my vehicle with the engine running, it was 15 degrees outside and I called to see if they could help open the door to my pickup truck any sooner than the estimated arrival (85 minutes!) of the company my insurance uses, and they dispatched a technician who was on site within 5 minutes! Cool thing was that the guy who helped me get into my truck also gave me a spare part to replace the broken one (plastic clip that joins the door handle linkage together) that had prevented me from getting back in my vehicle in the first place - at no extra
