Our experience with installing fences has taught us to fabricate our own vinyl fences and railings with envious quality, but we also use aluminum, chain link and cedar fences from other manufacturers so we can accommodate your every need. We also rent products of the latest technology available for the installation of fences.

Style #100 is a variation of #101 with staggered picket points for something a little more distinctive. Style #111 is a version of Style #101 that is constructed to accept Imperial or Majestic finials instead of the standard picket points. Style #200 is a modification of #202 which combines the safety of a top rail with the traditional look of pointed pickets below the rail.
Residential chain link fence is one of the most cost effective ways to secure your property. We stock traditional galvanized and the more popular all color coated chain link products in 42", 48", 60", and 72"' high. Our all color chain link in black, green, brown and white comes with a lifetime warranty and is available in 1 mesh to meet BOCA swimming pool code.

My luck with hiring people to do work on our house is usually wonderful or horrible and luckily this is one of the wonderful experiences. Working with Mike was great, he’s so professional and accommodating. He does what he says he is going to do, his team worked hard and diligently to complete our fence. They confirmed all the work before the started and cleaned up immediately after they were done. The price was competitive and he was able to begin the project very quickly. This is definitely the company you want to hire for any fence project you might have.

Had a great experience with Mike and Modern Fence. The price was competitive and they were willing to deal with our complex landscaping unlike another company. Some delays were expected because of the pandemic supply chain issues, but when they came to install it was very fast and professional. Its only been up a couple days, but have already been getting complements.

Modern Fence is an amazing company! They provide great communication, work efficiently, and use superior-quality fencing as compared to the competition. Modern Fence installed over 250 ft of fencing w/ 2 gates on my property in just over a day. They require a fair deposit request (all other nearby companies I'd checked had required a higher deposit rate), started when they said they would start, and even made adjustments upon completion. Our experience was great with Modern Fence. We walked the property for the quote and he made sure we were on the same page about the placement and specs. They installed the fence 3 days after they received the product and their communication was great. When there was an issue and we needed to order more fencing they were very accommodating and made sure that we got the extra pieces installed as quickly as possible.

We recently had a white vinyl fence installed around our yard. Mike was wonderful to work with from when he initially provided us with a quote and all the way through the project. He was very professional and took time to explain the materials and how the fence would be installed. He also provided us with a detailed quote including a plan of the proposed fence. Ken and team are wonderful to deal with. Modern Fence was referred to me by my brother and his fence has been installed for nearly 10yrs now and looks as good as it did the day they installed it. We absolutely love our new fence. The team was timely, very neat and completed the job in under 2 days, which was amazing! Mike came out to the house for a quote and was nice, very knowledgeable, gave some ideas to consider. He sent me a quote by email later the same day. We accepted and Mike quickly answered any questions by email.
We had to delay the job 2x due permitting with other work going on which was no problem for Modern Fence.
Tony and his crew installing the fence were clean-cut, worked quickly and definitely knew their stuff.
