Founded in 1981, Pendery Construction has spent the past three decades enhancing area homes with its signature craftsmanship. Started by Dan Pendery, a general carpenter, our company has grown from a one-man operation to a diverse mix of skilled employees and contractors. Today, the company is owned by Todd Walters and Jeff Long-both long-time employees and business partners.
I was really impressed with how well Pendery treated our home; even our neighbors commented on how hard the guys worked.and in January, too! From start to finish, the design and build process was easier than we'd expected. And, everything turned out exactly the way we'd hoped it would. In fact, we're looking to have Pendery come back and work on a new project.

We just renovated our second floor bathrooms with Pendery Construction. From beginning to end our project flowed easily. All members of the team were consistently professional, pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The workmanship was thorough and exact with clean up at the end of each day. We are delighted with the finished
