We design and install ourselves solar electric (PV) and heat - as well as catchment water systems. We are currently limiting our project travel, working closer to home or near Santa Fe. No longer traveling out-of-state or many hours away. We are always happy to work near our home in El Rito - so projects there - Abiquiu, Ojo Caliente and other areas are welcomed.
Due to a high request for new homes in 2021, we are not able to take on any add-on or renovation projects for the foreseeable future. Tackling projects of just about any kind, we do have our favorite building methods, which at the moment ranks with straw bale construction number one and adobe a close second.

We often get inquiries from families who see the reasonable raw land prices in New Mexico and are looking to move into our area and build a sustainable dream home from scratch. As much as we are happy to help folks design and build their own home, it is up to each owner to do research to find out as much about the property as possible.
