TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) PVC roofs are the fastest growing segment of the national commercial roofing industry. TPO single-ply roofs are light in color (typically white) to reflect the sun's energy and keep the roof and building temperatures cooler, reducing energy use. GenFlex is a national leading TPO roofing manufacturer.
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) Roofing has been proven an effective on commercial roof system for many decades. Most EPDM roofs are black, but some systems are now available in white to help reflect sunlight. GenFlex EPDM single-ply membrane is tough, standing up to tears, impacts, punctures and normal roof traffic.
A built-up roofing system consisting of several layers of felt underlayment that is attached to the roof using a "hot mop" black tar method. The tar (bitumen) provides waterproofing, and the layers are generally covered with a layer of gravel or minerals to provide additional protection. If you are looking for a quality low-cost commercial roofing option in then a built-up system is for you.
Similar to a built-up roofing system, but with the added strength and durability of plastic or rubber based polymers embedded in the multiple roofing layers. These polymers provide superior tensile strength and additional defense against punctures and tears. Modified bitumen membranes are self-adhering when heated using a roofing torch.

I received great service and terrific work on my house. A new metal roof, soffit vents and replacement/repair of damaged wood. Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He wrote more that one bid after I decided to upgrade to hidden fastener panels. I did a lot of research and received multiple bids. Apples to apples he was the best price and deserves a great review.

Air Capital Roofing and Remodeling is a great contractor. The work they did for me is very good! They are very friendly and will take care of everything for you. The owner even came out and checked the work, even scanned the area for safety hazards after the crew left. I recommended them to everybody.
