5 stars isn't enough to show how satisfied I was to buy my car from Matthew's Motors! I was looking for a particular car, and the first one that was offered to me was the one I took home with me! Paul was my sales person, and he really met all expectations and then some. The staff was super awesome, and were so friendly! This place has personality, which makes car buying a fun, and an enjoyable experience. My husband and I are very happy with our experience. We already had financing through our bank and knew what we needed, our budget, and the conditions of our loan. They didn't try to get us to finance through them and we're very respectful of all our needs and limitations. They had a vehicle that suited our needs while staying in our budget. The best experience I have ever had!! From asking about the vehicle to picking it up!!! The whole team was amazing but Jorge was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help me get the car I really wanted! I was literally in tears. I live in Richmond, VA and my friend and I drove the 4+ hours to get the car. He walked me through the whole process and this is my first car purchase on my own. He kept me updated and literally met me at the door when I walked in. The whole staff is amazing!!
