Seth Wallace Chandlee was born into a family of commercial contactors. His paternal grandfather, James Rush Chandlee, received the contract from President Eisenhower to pave Interstate 85 through his company, Ballenger. His uncle founded the Turner Construction Company in New York that built Madison Square Gardens, assisted with the construction of the subway system along with many other large projects.
Chandlee Construction introduces Carey Hughes who is our Project Manager and expert builder. Carey's experience in custom build-out and ground-up construction, his skills with electrical and plumbing work, and his expertise in framing and tile installation add greatly to the quality of work our company offers.
Chuck Fatheree was born and grew up in Pensacola, Florida. Living in a coastal town he enjoyed sailing, water skiing and participating in most water sports. In 1969 he joined the U.S. Army. Chuck successfully completed helicopter flight training and was commissioned a Warrant Officer. He also served in Vietnam as a combat helicopter pilot.

I hired then to do remodeling of my Jewelry Store Alex the Jeweler, Inc in Sandy Springs, and they did an awesome job , they installed new ac unit new ac duct work new celling and many more things were done and there prices are very competitive so i Alex the Jeweler the owner would recommend Chandlee & Son's Construction to every one.

My husband and I are opened a dessert shop. The guys at Chandlee went above and beyond, basically held our hand throughout the whole process. Our contractor Jonathan deserves a round of applause for having to deal with me for a couple of months- i’ve been known to be a little high maintenance. Lol. The shop is Beautiful!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You are rock stars!!!
