John, I purchased a 2021 TRD Pro at a Minnesota dealership who informed me that they cared more about repeat customers than charging more than MSRP for hard to get cars. This is my first new car EVER and I have to say that finding out about this business practice has left a very bad taste in my mouth about your business and what its priorities are. In my mind charging over MSRP is unacceptable he needs to stop. It is unfortunate that you are standing by this business practice and doubling down on it. Which I think the public needs to know. Great place to buy a car. Very transparent with their pricing. I did my homework so I wouldn't have to pay any unnecessary fees and they didn't even try to put them into their pricing. They replaced the tonneau cover installed on the purchased truck and put the one on my trade in on the new truck free of charge. They also are willing to take off my studded tires on my trade in and put the old ones back on the vehicle for free. Very accommodating.

After researching-searching for a few months and having experiences with several dealerships and sales representatives, I found Josh Bonnell truly outstanding in all respects. What I liked: Friendly people.
What I didn't:
1) Charged $80 for code reading, even though I TOLD them what the code was AND it was plugged in while I was telling them that.
2) Took repeated calls over three days to get status of the repair.
3) Tech guy didn't seem confident and the "repair" didn't fix the problem.
In fairness, going to the Dealer is rarely the most optimal choice to have the work done at a reasonable price, but when the "check engine" light comes on it seems like the prudent thing to do.

I purchased a new RAV4 in late-December. Unfortunately when I flagged recurring issues with the steering, Markquart Toyota did everything it could to avoid responsibility and avoid resolving the issue.

I want to say that Amie Nirmaier as saleperson at this dealership provided great service -- a 10 out of 10 -- to make this cash transaction happen. But after a telephone discussion with Doug Miller in the organization I rate him a 0 and I also move my overall grade to a one star, the lowest one possible. I would think the dealership management would keep Miller away from any discussion that requires "meet and greet" skills. I had paid cash for the vehicle for a relative going back to college. Mr. Miller was very rude and argumentative in telling me the dealership policy on vehicle

Lesson: make a reservation! I called before going making sure I didn't have to make a reservation and that my maintenance plan would apply. I was told I didn't need a reservation and my maintenance plan would apply. When I arrived, I got questioned again about my maintenance plan and took over 1/2 hour for them to figure out. I came into the dealership to test drive a couple new Tundras with no real intent to buy, but to basically check out which truck and options would suit me best. Even with no intent to buy, Chuck treated me great and answered all my questions. He did not pressure me a single bit. When I say there was no pressure, I mean throughout the entire 2 hour experience, Chuck never put me on the spot. He never asked the age old ? "if I can work the #'s can we get you into something today?" I notice things like that and it's greatly appreciated. I left the dealership thinking 1. The Tundra

Follow-up: not only did the finance manager not care about getting our paperwork right, and got a little snarky when it was pointed out, the lien portion of our title was not processed. (Which I learned from my credit union today.) So now I must spend more of my time and money putting the lien on our vehicle title. If this arrogant, incompetent finance manager, Doug, still has his job, I recommend you save yourself some time and money and find another dealer. That "No Hassle" price isn't looking like all that fabulous a deal right now.
