Maryland Deck Builders exceeded our expectations, specifically Nelson and his installation crew. From the first meeting, Nelson was: professional, prompt, organized, responsive and efficient. There was never a time we couldn’t get in contact with him if we had any questions. He stuck to all the timelines promised, his crew was on time and cleaned up behind themselves. The installation crew moved quickly and we had no issues; the deck was completed in a week. The deck is beautiful and we can’t wait to make memories for years to come! I had great service starting out but after viewing the work that is needed to done to my deck I requested an estimate to be sent to my email. It has been 5 days afterwards and no email. I checked spam to verify and still no document from them. I called the number given on Google which sends me to voicemail everyday since Thursday 09/17/2021. I hope they can turn around their responds time.

We recently had our deck and walkway completed, by Maryland Deck Builders. Phil helped me with the initial process over the phone. He was very patient and understood what we wanted.
Nelson was very helpful with our HOA paper work and other matters. His crew was great putting it all together.
Love the finished product and would use them again for any future products.

Extremely pleased with the quality, workmanship, and experience! Lee was very professional and a pleasure to work with on both our projects. They did an amazing job building our deck 3 years ago and just recently built our screened in gazebo. Lee's designs were exactly what we were imagining and couldn't be happier. He provided all necessary paperwork for our HOA, kept us informed throughout the project, and promptly answered all questions or concerns. My wife and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a highly professional company to work with. The quality of work is top notch!

We just replaced our old deck for the new composite Deck, and was very pleased with the final product. They removed the old deck and hauled it away. The builders were great very thoughtful regarding property and cleaned the work area every night before leaving for the day. I have no complaints. Thanks for beautiful new Deck.

Lee and his crew were fantastic . The quote was done via txt message and pricing was perfect for our budget. The crew worked hard and completed the work within 4 days and finished product looks excellent. Lee helped with the HOA form and handled the county permit . Will definitely keep his local business in mind for family and friends as well as for any future projects
