LOVE LOVE LOVE our new home from Beechen and Dill. We could not be happier with the entire process. Bob and the Beechen and Dill Team made the whole experience very easy and stress free. What an amazing experience. Bob was such a great salesman. There’s a-lot of stress associated with searching for your forever home. The stress for me was amplified x 100 because of the pandemic. However, Bob was a true partner kind, trusting and very accommodating. He was thoughtful and patient, always willingly to address and answer any questions/concerns or request for additional walk throughs. Even after moving in, Bob and the entire B & D family have been phenomenal to work with- always very responsive. Best thing to happy to us in 2020, and I want to thank them for the experience and creating

We built with B&D early last year and have been very pleased with our home. Bob Williams was our first and primary contact through the planning phase and he was an excellent communicator. The designers were patient with us and provided some valuable insight as we needed it along the way. Great builder, great value. Very energy efficient home.

As I type this, we have been blessed to be in our new home for a little over a year. As we contemplated this life changing decision, which included having our dream home built by Beechen & Dill from the foundation up, we always felt comfortable with the expertise and professionalism of Bob Williams from start to finish. I recall being about 4-5 months out from completion, and we were given a target close date. We were thrilled that they delivered our beautiful new home on the exact day promised, which we heard along the way was not the norm for new construction. We have made countless memories
