Established in 1997, Flintlock Construction Services is an open shop construction company erecting buildings exclusively in Manhattan. Founders Andrew and Stephen "Chip" Weiss Jr., fourth generation New York real estate development professionals, gained extensive open shop construction experience while building affordable housing in the Bronx and Brooklyn in the 1990s.
Founders Andrew and Stephen "Chip" Weiss Jr. have leveraged the real estate development and construction experience of their father, grandfather and great-grandfather (all construction and development entrepreneurs in the greater New York area) to create a fourth-generation company built upon the industry's best practices.
With more than 40 major projects completed in Manhattan since 2001, Flintlock Construction Services' expertise spans every project phase and virtually every type of high-rise commercial property.
