Once I finally got someone on the phone, she began to get snarky as if she hated that I was calling her place of work, once I tried to explain what I need which was a new key made for my vehicle she then told me I had to pay to have it opened by someone else just to get the registration then come to them so they could make me a key? Just poor business etiquette I know some days aren’t the best but always be professional...
