Our experience with Pacific Pest was apparently so much different than all the other reviewers.
We hired them for rodent (rats specifically) service in the attic of our new home. Angel came to give an estimate for the job. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable so we hired them. Rat removal, setting up traps, sanitization, and replacing insulation in the attic cost $3500. There was no follow up whatsoever after the job was done (but no delay in charging my credit card right after) - I didn't even know if traps were set up, how many, what areas were plugged for access, etc. There were supposed to

Angel visited my home to inspect a possible rodent issue. He told me exactly what was going on, and gave me great advice to manage it. Great options and no pressure. Angel from Pacific Pest Management came by today to check on our wasp nest issue. He was very clear in his communication, arrived promptly and even notified me when he was nearby.
