Services
Howard Daniels started Catalina Pools in 1970 by installing complete diving swimming pools with nothing more than a verbal agreement and a handshake. We have the same confidence in our abilities and commitment to our clients today. We are up front with all details (we will do what we say) and your satisfaction is what it takes for our business to continue to succeed.
With our procedure your pool and pre-ordered equipment are delivered on the first day of construction. The second day allows your pool to be filled with water. The electrical hook-up, pool decking, and final building code inspections follow in sequence requiring an average of three to four additional days for completion of our installation process.
The simplicity and practicality of the Catalina model keeps it ranked the #1 best seller in the mid-south region. This design is rectangular in shape to afford the best in diving and swimming. The Catalina is our most popular model and features molded half-moon shaped steps centered at the shallow end and a child safety ledge around the perimeter of the deep end.
Catalina Pools manufactures locally and we perform our own installations, assuring you the best cost-efficiency as well as the highest quality controlled product from start to finish. Our factory direct pricing eliminates delivery fees, sales commissions, and dealership charges. In the local Memphis area complete installations start in the low $30's.

Been dealing with Catalina pools for weeks now. They came out, surveyed my land, and gave me a contract to sign. The contract had the wrong pool on it, so I asked for the revised copy with the correct pool and features we wanted. They never sent it or followed up with me. I then called to have them email me the revised contract so I could get on the install list. I asked for an itemized breakdown, where they were now charging me $4,000 more than what I was quoted for the pool I wanted. I called Brenda out on the up charge to have her explain it to me. She said it was the new cost of the

We used Catalina Pools for our pool install in the summer of 2020. I would recommend them to anyone I know. They did a great job, they were fast and efficient. I had my pool installed and concrete poured in 2 weeks. Our pool looks awesome and my kids have basically lived in it since they finished. I highly recommend!

Purchased a home in 2017 and have several cracks in fiberglass now. Found out from previous owner that pool put in my Catalina Pools in 1999. Called to have a service call set up and was immediately told it would not be under warranty bc I was a second owner (never asked about it being under warranty) and that she would put in a work order for the man they refer for service, which she said was most likely the same man than manufactured the pool, she also gave me his name Johnny Shavers and his cell phone number due to my pool leaking a lot of water in hopes he would make it a priority, per her

We had our 6th pump motor going out so I called and texted with the maintenance person for 4 weeks. I called the owner and requested someone else replace our pump motor as it was under warranty. I was told the one and only maintenance person was out due to knee surgery. Knee surgery was never mentioned, I was led to believe he was on his way 3 different occasions but he didn't show, didn't call, didn't text. The owner assured me she would check and get back with me. After 2 weeks we still had not heard back. Called someone else and $620 later we have a working pool pump.
