Joe Mulkern founded Mulkern Mechanical over 20 years ago because he believed he could provide a higher level of service to commercial HVAC clients. Since then, Mulkern Mechanical has grown substantially and built an enviable reputation for providing clients with exceptional service. Mulkern technicians are certified and factory trained.
Mulkern installs and repairs all manufacturers of boilers, as well as all major brands of Steam, including high pressure and hydronic systems. Mulkern is also the Regional AO Smith representative. Mulkern Mechanical will work with your facilities department to develop a Service Plan that's custom designed for your company's situation.

At Rogerson Communities we work with several commercial HVAC companies, but Mulkern Mechanical is in a league by themselves. We’ve worked with them for over 10 years and the quality of their work is amazing. When they say they’ll get something done, they do it. Joe and his people find a way to get things fixed when other companies can’t. They’re very professional and very personal. I give Mulkern a 5-Star rating and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Mulkern Mechanical has been working with us at Spaulding Rehab on Cape Cod for years now. Whenever we have a tough job, we call Mulkern because we know they’ll be able to handle it.
