Founded in 1992, Yencer Builders, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business. Together with two of his sons, Kevin and Steve, Dave Yencer started our company with the belief that "a job should be done right the first time." Dave's wife, Roberta, known to many as "Bobbie, " took on the role as secretary and handled the finances.
From helping you design and build a new home to creating a new barn for your horses, we can do it all. For over 25 years, Yencer Builders has worked with clients across Sussex and Kent counties, bringing their ideas and visions for their property to life. Kevin sat down with my wife and I to build a new house and gave plenty of options with different price ranges. He sent off our floor plans to get and estimate and came back way below any other builder! His prices are very affordable and produces good quality work! I would recommend Kevin for new home build, remodel work and any other construction needs.

I was scheduled two weeks out from when i first called no big deal. Then moved back another week, then completely ignored by a no show. Which was annoying to say the least. I'm sure they do good work but bad experience trying to get a consult to even pursue a estimate. Wasted my time that could have been used on someone else.
