The service technician was excellent and found the problem which was wiring that was installed wrong causing fuses to blow. The wiring was corrected and the problem was solved. Baldwin heat and air is everything in a company I was told by people who referred me to them.

I bought a Generac whole home generator from them. They were always easy to contact. It was installed on September 13, 2021. They did a great job, and finished the install in a timely manner. It was a very organized, and smooth install. There install personnel we’re friendly and answered all my questions. They also did a good job on the cleanup. I would highly recommend Baldwin H & A.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The workers were efficient and explained the operation and what I needed to report to them if there were any changes. I would definitely recommend this company. We had a very bad experience with a generator maintenance company here for my Mom in Baldwin County, AL. We found Baldwin Heating and AC and this team has been light a day of sunshine shining on the world. Their team is professional, they care, they are prompt and they are knowledgeable on water cooled Generac Generators. One tech came out to do an Initial inspection/visit and was honest saying he didn't have the knowledge needed to answer the problem on the generator and he's get someone out with that knowledge because he didn't want to charge us monies for things he didn&apos
