Jeremy and Hunter were awesome technicians!! We were always kept up-to-date with the progress of our water damage cleanup. Jeremy called every morning before he and Hunter came to the house. The team that dit the water damage mitigation at my home were excellent.. Josh, Jaylon, Cam, and Jeff were professional and courteous at all times. They worked late into the evening on the first day to remove all damaged materials. The several day process to complete the job went smoothly. They were always available to explain the process and answer any questions we had.

Will charge you for three days minimum regardless of mitigation requirements to sap money from insurance companies.
Owner will talk about God and such in meetings, but then do the things listed here like it's nothing.
I left this company recently due to this dishonesty, as well as their treatment of employees. If you're promised payment, a bonus, anything like that here, it's a coin toss if you'll receive anything. They also openly forbade employees from discussing wages, with the threat of being fired, which is a federal crime.

Jeremy and Terry were excellent at guiding us through what started as a miserable experience! From the very start, their response was extremely prompt and polite.
