The three movers they sent were great – courteous, hardworking and careful with our furniture and home. Couldn't ask for better in that regard.
I also felt the rate was very fair and this was a great value for the money.
The reason this is a 3-star review and not 5 is the lack of communication (and frankly rudeness) around the timing of the move. They did not call and confirm the day before like they said they would. When I called they confirmed the movers were coming the next day but would be an hour later. Totally no big deal.
Moving day arrived and they didn't show in the adjusted time

Lloyd and his company Ultimate Movers LLC were very professional very courteous starting with Lloyd for his kindness to me on the phone and just working with me. Also the pricing is just right. The 3 men Andy, Chris and Jared that Lloyd sent you moved us were every bit professional, thoughtful in every which way possible. They were very gentle, kind, careful and thorough going the extra mile helping putting things together etc...

I scheduled our move roughly a week in advanced. When making the appointment I was told I’d receive a call the night before to confirm the time and address. I waited all day and at 8:45pm, I called to verify myself, since I didn’t receive a call. The day of the move, we were told they would be there between 10am-11am and that when they were on their way, we’d get a call. Again, I waited and waited and around 10:50am, I called to see their ETA. I was told that my number was communicated to the movers incorrectly and he would send them my way immediately. Would have been five stars but they ended up showing up a few hours late which was annoying as there wasn't any communication beforehand. Once they arrived though they did a great job. They moved my one bedroom apartment to my new house in just over two hours. They were very careful and very professional.

I found these movers on Yelp originally, but made sure I could see their reviews from Google and anywhere else I can find them. They were fabulous! It was easy to get a quote and a reservation. The 2 movers had to move me from a 3rd floor walk-up and they never took a break! I would highly recommend them again as the price was also fantastic.

Great moving company! I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely use them again. The movers were extremely pleasant, considerate, and VERY hardworking. They took really good care of our things, wrapped everything, and were careful not to hit the walls. We noted that they were quite courteous to each other too. It made for great teamwork and nice atmosphere. The pricing was very reasonable also. I highly recommend!

This moving company is amazing. Anthony and Dom are very polite, friendly and respectful. They are also extremely professional and efficient. I could see that they were tired when they arrived in the afternoon but they were still able to move our 2-bed apartment to a new one that’s 10 minute driving away in three and a half hours while keeping everything intact. They know how to take apart large furniture (king size bed) and reassemble it in just few minutes. They also have fantastic techniques in lifting heavy weights. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Movers arrived within scheduled time block, and were incredibly efficient, professional, and careful. Nothing was damaged or broken in our move. They arrived at our 2-bedroom, 1500 square-foot condominium at 4:30PM and were done moving all of our stuff into our new house (5 minutes away) a little after 8 PM. Very affordable compared to other quotes we got. Would absolutely recommend them.
