We spoke with Tom to inquire about replacing our seamless gutter that was damaged by a storm. He was very quick to stop by and discuss our options. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had techs to us within a week, which is very impressive given today's lead times on material. The techs arrived on time and installed our replacement gutter in about an hour!! We are very satisfied with how they turned out and will definitely call Tom at All Exteriors for any future exterior needs!

I just bought my first trailer after the first heavy rain I realized I needed a new roof I had lot of people come give me estimates and Finally went with all exteriors they have a warranty on the work and on the shingles... I wish I had a before picture the roof before it was missing a whole layer of shingles!! They might be a little more expensive but it's soooo worth it in the long run and my roof was done in one day!! they also have financing available.. everyone was a great help and was there every question or concern I had Stephanie, Justin, Tom , Chris all were great

All Exteriors did an exceptional job from the initial contact, the contract, the work and the follow up on our roof completed just yesterday. Tom Craige came out and was kind and thoughtful as he thoroughly looked at all aspects of our roof. Our cat Watson even liked him. He remained in contact throughout the entire process. Tom responded is a very timely fashion and answered any and all questions I had. They replaced the gutters and down spouts all around my house for a VERY reasonable price. The crew show up and used seamless… gutters and got the job done just before the rain started ! would deff recommend them and will also be using them for future home exterior projects!

All Exterior replaced my roof in a timely manner with a reasonable estimate. They addressed a underlying problem that a previous contract didn’t correct properly with a quick estimate and repair. The company… explained all work and warranties on the shingles and they’re own personal warranty. Professional, reasonable and dependable. Highly recommend.

I had a fascia become partially detached from the roof on a windy day. The sound of the loose piece wrapping against the roof was as unpleasant at you could imagine. Flash forward to the next day and Mike showed up, ambled up on the roof (during mild winds) and cut the offending piece loose. As promised, he returned a day or so later with the replacement piece. While not a perfect match, it felt good to know that Mike put forth the effort to get it as close as he could. We'll be calling these folks again.

We recently purchased our home, and one item in the inspection report was to have a specific vent inspected by a licensed roofer. The report stated that the vent was letting in sunlight, so it most likely needed replaced.
Bill fit us into his schedule for early the next day, and after inspecting our roof, informed us that the vent in question was functioning as designed and there was no need for repair or replacement.
We had no knowledge of the state of the vent and he could have easily made unnecessary repairs, but instead he was honest and didn't even request payment for his time.

I have three property inspections and a city inspector review the work this company performed. It was all done incorrectly including the roof. Estimates from other contractors to redo the work has totaled 60k. I have now received letter from his attorney asking for more money when I have paid him over 20k plus materials. I am stating factual statements and have thousands of pictures and testimony from expert licensed inspectors. Bill is a great talker and very personable. I am not an expert in roofing and I am so glad I had his work inspected. Now to of received something from his attorney asking

We are so happy that we decided to go with All Exteriors for our new roof. We had multiple quotes and decided to go with All Exteriors because we got a really good feeling when we talked with the owner. Turns out our feeling was right! Recently we had our roof replaced. Our situation wasn't typical since our home was originally built in 1920. Bill was great from the beginning. He showed up when he advised he would, went through all our options with us and answered a ton of questions. His team showed up when they were supposed to and even worked though the entire weekend (with our permission) to get our roof done. Bill and his team were very respectful of our home and our property and left everything very clean. Bill has called us to follow up and make sure that we were not having any issues. We had just purchased a new house and needed some flashing fixed around our chimney fixed ASAP. All Exteriors was able to work with our schedule and get to our house within a day of our closing date.
