At a time when we are all complaining about lack of service, Neal's Flooring in Branford is the real deal and delivers old fashioned great service!! We recently had floors sanded and refinished in our house and couldn't be more pleased - an excellent job from start to finish.

More than just wood flooring! I had carpeting installed on my stairs and in my basement. Loved all the selections in their showroom! Carpet, tile, vinyl, hardwood and more! Contemplated having the Coretec brand of engineered vinyl put in the basement, so many options! Everyone was super helpful from start to finish and the carpet came out beautifully!

I work in kitchen and bath design and run my own showroom. While doing my own home I wanted to find some solid wood flooring that was "not as common.".
I wanted to view some flooring options before I ordered samples and Neal's website showed a showroom video showcasing extensive solid wood flooring options. I went in with a realistic budget knowing full well what my flooring would cost and was prepared for that.
Their extensive wood species options ended with the showroom floor. None are available to a consumer and the sales person has no idea.
We made 3 different trips to Neal's. As their showroom

It was a great experience from start to finish. Neal’s Wood Flooring gave us help choosing the right flooring for our kitchen, answered our questions patiently ( we have an older home) and did not push us to make a quick sale. They are friendly and professional and the plank flooring we picked was perfect in every way. The installers are knowledgeable and professional. I could t be more pleased! !

I had the pleasure of working with Neal's Flooring to replace the flooring in my office, not only was the work completed within the time frame discussed, they were able to accommodate my schedule so there was no down time in the office. I had hired a contractor to refinish my hardwood floor. He said he and his crew would have it finished in 4 days. Long story short, they started the job, but never finished, and left me with floors I couldn't walk on. I called every place I could find and no one would touch the job because it wasn't one they started. I was on a time limit and finally called Neal's. Nicole was awesome to work with, understanding and kind, Phil came and assessed my floors, gave me an awesome quote, also kind and easy to talk to, and Jay finished my floors for me, explaining everything I needed to know and very informative
