I had Jesse from Pilgrim come out and check out my chimney. He walked me through the issue and advised that the chimney was fine and no work was needed but provided recommendations on how to correct the issue.. Even better since there was no work needed, he did not charge me for the visit!

Jesse does a great job. This was the second time he has been here in the last 2 year for my pellet stove. . He’s polite and explains everything that he is doing as he is doing it. Jesse and Adam came to my home today to clean 2 chimneys that so far as I know had never been cleaned before. Simply said, they were terrific. They were professional and very thorough and neat. Jesse took a couple of before and after photos to show me how dirty the chimneys were before the cleaning and clearly, they were in desperate need. In addition to the contracted services, Jesse offered advice on fireplace related maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend Pilgrim to others and to use them again as the need arises. Thanks guys, great job.
