New Life Service Co. started as a Vinyl Repair Company in 1980. We gradually expanded our services to include janitorial, gutter cleaning, roofing, painting and carpentry until formally specializing in disaster restoration work in about 1987. We repair approximately 350 different homes and businesses every year.
Our specialized equipment generates a turbulent aerosol that uses evaporation to quickly disperse H202 vapor and increasingly concentrated micro-droplets everywhere in complex rooms to kill germs where they hide. This ensures the disinfectant reaches even those spaces beyond the reach of sprays, wipes, or UV lights.
Our electrostatic disinfectant sprayers shoot charged droplets that are magnetically drawn to any surface within 6 feet allowing for complete 360-degree coverage of the targeted surface and object. The enveloping coverage is able to coat hidden and hard to reach surfaces that would likely be missed by conventional spraying or misting equipment.

New Life Services just completed a job on my house; I had exterior water damage around 2 large windows that had spread beneath the siding. I was nervous at first because I wasn't sure how bad the water damage was or how big of a project it would turn out to be. Thankfully, they put my nerves at ease, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and did great work. I'm so happy with their level of communication and quality of work that I'm going to use them for any house projects that pop up in the future.

Had house destroyed by fire. Took about two months to repair. Most work was right on. Unfortunately some of the contractors that they hired dont call you back when there is issue. My repairs covered by my inusurance but when i called insurance and new life, they told me i couldn't have a receipt of what was billed to my insurance or what was paid to them for the extra contractors so i can get some things fixed. Not good business practices. Now im having issues but i cant get them to call back. If you have electricity-plumbing- or hvac issue. You should be able to get them to call to try to resolve

New Life did excellent work for us on our home. They followed through and made sure that everything was just right, making sure that every aspect of the job met our expectations and that we were 100% satisfied. They did mitigation and clean up work after our house experienced severe water damage, and then, they also did the rebuild work on our house. They made everything look just like new, and I would recommend them to anyone needing water mitigation and/or rebuild work.
