KO Fire is licensed as a certified testing for Regulation 4 (Reg 4), by the State of California, and Insurance Policy Requirement testing of Sprinkler systems, Alarm systems, Wet Standpipe (Class II), Automatic Closing Assemblies (Fire Doors), Fire Escapes, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguishers, Central Station Monitoring, and more.
We serve a variety of industries. If your premises has fire protection systems then we are happy to provide our professional services. Yes, we are an official certified tester per LAFD Fire Prevention Bureau's Reg 4 Unit, which also known as The Compliance Unit. Yes, we have a C-16 and C-10 Contractor's license.
We mostly do new sprinkler system installation and new fire alarm installation, but not limited to those systems. Yes, we will travel outside of the City of Los Angeles and occasionally outside the County of Los Angeles to do fire system testing and repair work. Had a great experience working with KO Fire.

Services
KO Fire, Inc's President Kevin Opos is licensed by the Regulation 4 Division as a Certified Tester. If your premises exists in the City of Los Angeles, you will need a Certified Reg 4 Tester to test your fire systems. If you receive a notice from the Fire Department, you'll only have 30 days to hire someone for testing.

KO Fire went above and beyond to replace the sprinklers in my unit, which had a lot of uncertainties due to the age of the unit. Other companies either refused or quoted much higher prices. Kevin was upfront about the difficulty and put in time to research beforehand. When more unforeseen problems came up during the project, he went out of his way to find the right tools and parts that we needed to finish the job. On top of all this, Kevin's communication and attention to detail were excellent throughout making this one of the easiest recommendations I can make

Kevin was fantastic to work with. He assisted with our Reg. 4 testing and was very professional and timely with all the required documentation.
