Worst Hotel Stay Ever...We stayed at Lake Natoma Inn 9/18/2021...First we didn't get the room we were promised, 4th floor thank goodness as they only had one operating elevator when we checked- in (it had been out for over a month we later learned) Came to enjoy a Placer Pops Concert, so we got the 3rd floor over looking the parking area as they said they were fully booked and had 3 weddings going on.....sad, but we had been there before, loved the city and this Inn. This was our first adventure after Covid!!! To get to our room after the concert at 10pm they had jammed open a back door for the

I filed a complaint with the BBB over Car Registration, Inc. My review is to state that their customer service is excellent. After my complaint was filed, this company reached out to me almost immediately the next morning to talk with me about my concerns. They resolved them above what I thought and I'm totally satisfied they're business takes these things seriously. Great company but I won't be using them. If for some reason I stop using AAA, I'll defintely go with them just because of their customer service.

I now need to update this review, after leaving this review, I was contacted again by the same person who would not leave me alone that has called me a dozens of times. I was then called by another person, that I had already spoken to, and I argued with her for 15 min on how I do not think the BBB is even needed these days. She ended up being very unprofessional in her response and tone, I told her not to contact me for at least another year. She then contacted me about one month later. I do not know what is wrong with this company, but I can promise this much, I will never be a part of the BBB

I reached out to the BBB for assistance with a company which was ignoring my calls and emails concerning a defective product. The BBB contacted the company within 24 hours of my filing a complaint and had it satisfactorily resolved that day. Thanks Sacramento Better Business Bureau for your assistance. I do want to acknowledge that my complaint actually referred to the other Hagen-Sinclair Research location and not specifically against the partner /President Cynthia Cross herself. Although there appeared to be a delay informing Ms. Cross, once she was made aware of the issue she called me right away. The issue has amicably been resolved and I am grateful with the results.

Called regarding a business in California that was suppose to reimburse me on a product I bought but instead of reimbursing me half so not to have to pay shipping and handling to return they charged me again for something not ordered. BBB returned my call promptly and suggested to text regarding their service, as is a new company, called Bugmd. So folks be careful if ordering from this company.
