I called Elmore heating and air to get a second opinion on what AQS air and heating said. Bryce was punctual with great customer service. I told him the previous company came out and said my air conditioner needs a new Capacitor but they were unable to make a new one fit. They said we need to just purchase a new AC unit. Also the AQS employee said the air is no longer coming on at all. When I tell Bryce this he checks it out and confirms it needs a new capacitor. He installs a capacitor, which AQS couldn’t do, and the air is running great. Thanks Bryce! Will definitely use again!!

We needed to get our AC unit checked out & serviced to prepare for the summer heat. We felt something was just not right when we switched it on last week for a bit. Called Bryce Monday, he came out today and performed our yearly AC maintenance and low and behold we had an issue that needed to be addressed to avoid a possible breakdown in the heat of summer. Bryce was amazing! My AC compressor went out when it was 112 degrees. Everywhere I called had a 1-2 week wait time to come inspect my unit. I called Elmore Heating and Air and without a hesitation he was at my home in the next hour even though he was booked for the day. Sense of urgency was very impressive. Thank you again!

We just used Elmore Heating and Air Conditioning to have a service conducted on our AC units for the buyer of our home. Bryce answered his phone immediately, politely, and fully understood exactly what I needed. He was able to dispatch a man the very next day. Today, Sam showed up on time with a smile on his face ready to get things done. He had both units completely torn down, was inside and outside the house checking specs, and gave us the full rundown of everything he checked. Sam was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Window AC turning off w/ error message. Responded & scheduled an appointment w/in 24 hrs of my call! Was able to resolve, didn't try to sell me anything. Very polite, professional; felt safe (middle aged female-working from home). Will call for service check on heating next. Definitely will use again.
