I had such a great experience with this dealership! Not only did they find the truck I was looking for, but they notified me every few days just to give me updates on the delivery. The service advisor MaryBeth bent over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I have always appreciated the excellent service she has given me since I bought my car new there in 2014. Its the service department that will keep me coming back.
My only not so positive comment is the technician left my car sort of dirty. He didn't wipe his hands after the oil change and I needed to clean up the vehicle when I got home. No biggie, overall my experience was great.

We purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ from Raceway Chevrolet on August 20th, 2020. The dealership is 100+ miles from where we live in North Carolina. I worked with sales rep Zach and the Finance Manager to have all of our paperwork ready and that the trade-in value of our old truck was agreed upon when we arrived at the dealership.
As we drove into the dealership parking lot, the truck was parked in front of the building. We took a test drive, like the new Silverado, and proceeded to sign and initial all of the pre-prepped documents.
