Originally specialized in concrete construction, Kevin E. Raker Construction LLC services now include steel buildings, HDPE liners, cathodic protection installation, steel fabrication and erection, bridge construction, Bid-Well and excavation services. Our certified builders strive for the highest standards in commercial and industrial construction.

KER holds certification through PA DEP to perform various construction tasks on and related to aboveground liquid fuel storage tanks and systems (ACVL- AST). We have a current, functioning Pennsylvania Workplace Safety Committee (Department of L&I) that helps maintain safety on our projects, and we are a proud member of the Central PA Safety Association.
We built our reputation on quality cement construction. Kevin E. Raker Construction LLC has experience in nearly every type of concrete project, from retaining walls to tank bases to large-scale commercial construction projects. We've worked with many crews on-site and are committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done on spec and on time.
In addition to building new structures, Kevin E. Raker Construction LLC is experienced in remodeling and renovating older steel buildings - from updating equipment to repairing steel structural elements to pass current building regulations. While remodels usually involve additional planning and require extensive manual labor, our team has the know-how to ensure quality work, even with unexpected challenges.
