We just lost our home in the Marshall Fire and moved to Boulder while dealing with the house that burned in Louisville. We were looking for a local handyman to help us with some jobs around the house so we could settle in and feel comfortable again. Handy Dandy was amazing! Boulder's Handy Dandy redid two of our bathrooms. They were both big jobs requiring them to be taken down to the studs. Anthony is a perfectionistic craftsmen, who paid attention to the smallest detail. He and his partner were also very easy to work with which made this relatively long process very easy. I recently moved to the Boulder area from California and needed to find a contractor to build a pergola and a "catio" (outdoor enclosed area). Our shower started leaking in the wall behind the tile and as we looked around for a repair company we had a difficult time finding someone to fix the leak and repair the tile. We started calling handymen instead of plumbers and Anthony got back with us promptly. We had Anthony come out and fix the leak behind the handle in the wall and he was also able to patch our tile work from the plumbing repair. He charged us less hourly than quotes we got from plumbers to do half the job. Very pleased with the service we got.

I picked Anthony to repair my wooden driveway gate (damaged by the wind) after reading his reviews. I'm leery when I hire someone new but he's really as good as the reviews said. He emailed me back the same day that I contacted him and said he would do the repair the next day. When I came home there was a beautiful gate that opened and closed better than it had done when it was new. His price was very reasonable. He'll be the first person I call when I need something done, and I'm going to recommend my friends call him too.

A sprinkler valve leaked into the offices of our Emergency Shelter at Attention Homes, displacing 4 staff members for repairs. Once remediation was complete, Anthony replaced sheet rock, painted, and put down new flooring. Our staff was back in their office in no time and up to full speed serving the homeless youth of Boulder. Anthony was extremely responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with and understood that we are a nonprofit organization on a tight budget. We will certainly be using his services again and would recommend him to anyone!

I found Anthony and Handy Dandy through reviews on the internet and hired Anthony to tile my bathroom. He put up the cement walls around my jacuzzi and tiled them with a white 3 x 8 subway tile with white grout. Anthony did a great job with a stairstep pattern around my tub. We used a 1 x 2 porcelain tile on the floor where Anthony continued the pattern from the jacuzzii. Corey was also a big help with the clean up and demolition. All in all I am very pleased. I didn't have to pay any money up front which was big for me and Handy Dandy did a great job on my bathroom. I was also very happy with

Anthony and John are very responsive, friendly and reliable- and they do a very thorough job. I have had them install a stair railing, hang a giant mirror, change out door hardware, paint a bathroom, assemble furniture and install cabinets. I was extremely pleased with their work and affordable rates. Plus, they showed up on time and hauled away any cardboard or other trash. Definitely top notch!

Our refrigerator sprang a leak and we needed a new one fast! Unfortunately our cabinets were to tight and we could not find a standard size refrigerator that would fit. Called Anthony and he was able to work us in the next day. I thought we would be raising our cabinet to make room for the new fridge. Obviously this approach has drawbacks with a cabinet that sticks up above the rest. But Anthony had other ideas.
