I would give no stars if Yelp would allow me to. I am in need of plans in order to get a permit for the work that I *would like* to do. Reid chose to judge me for having begun exploratory work prior to obtaining a permit and called my city's building department to report me as doing "illegal construction". Thankfully, the building inspector realized nothing was going on, so Reid's mean-spirited call did not have any effect. My advice: Beware of Reid - he has a mean-spirited side.
