They did an excellent job replacing the tile in our kitchen, morning room, and foyer. They put up a plastic "wall" to minimize dust to the rest of the house. Reinstalled and painted all baseboard. Sent a carpet man to restretch and fasten carpet that connects to new tile. We couldn't be more pleased with the job!! We are going to have them install back splash later. They have done several jobs for us in the past and we will continue to have them do our work.

Tom and his team worked on some remodeling projects in our house that included wall removal, framing, lighting, electrical work and drywall. I am very happy with the work that was done. I think we got excellent value out of our money spent with Ram. Everyone that did work in our house was respectful, professional, friendly and always cleaned up and communicated well. I had no issues with them coming and going as needed. Our project extended out a bit longer than expected, but we did add on a few significant portions of work and it was clearly comminuted to us up front that work could be sporadic

Our basement flooded and RAM responded quickly. The water mitigation crew was diligent, hard working, polite, and provided explanations of the services they were performing each time they came. The store rep was slow to communicate. The billing standard was not explained which allowed the rep to hide behind an unstated "industry standard!" and two different software programs that determined the final charge. Inflated pricing applied for tasks, not the time it takes to complete each task. (Industry standard!) The five-minute task of lifting the carpet to ankle height to place it on an industrial

RAM Restoration has a process that kills off mold. it has been tested on other things like Ebola and influenza and destroys those as well. they are in the process of testing it on the coronavirus at the time of this post and believe it will be successful destroying that as well. check out their website if you're interested.
