They came out the day after I called for service. They showed up 30 minutes early to do the chimney sweep. The entire process took about 25 minutes from start to finish. Our chimney had never been cleaned in the 17 years of living in our house. The cost was $110 as advertised. I will be using them more often. Great company to deal with.

We had Bay Area Chimney recommended to us after Harvey. We had dripping down the chimney during the storm and just wanted it checked out. They were prompt and gave our chimney a clean bill of health. Although we didn't need repairs from them this time, I wouldn't hesitate to call them with future concerns or a cleaning. Friendly, fast service.
