I remember being introduced to roofing through a friend in high school. I would help him on the weekends and I worked very hard for my four bucks an hour.

We got a new roof from Raindance Roof a few years ago. After some rain last week, we noticed that we had some discoloration on our ceiling again caused by water. We called Todd, the owner, immediately and explained our situation. He came out within a couple of hours, troubleshooted the issue (not a roof problem after all but an unsealed window) and gave us some recommendations for repair. I am thoroughly impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. I will continue to recommend Raindance Roof to anyone needing roof work done.

I work for a local property management company. Raindance has replaced roofs at the 2 properties I currently manage. Todd Landress is truly one of the most professional businessmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This workers for this company have no regard for the local members of the communities when on the job. I live in Ocean Beach and the Raindance crew decided to start scrapping the hell out of a house with a small roof at 7:00 am this morning in a super populated residential area. I get that everyone has work to do but being this loud this early in the morning is unacceptable in this type of area. The city law might state that 7:00 am is an okay time to being work but not when the action produces a ridiculous amount of noise. I called to complain about the noise and received a call back saying

We looked at half a dozen roofing companies. The owner personally came out from Raindance, explained the job, spotted a lot others had not, and gave us a fair bid. His guy oversaw a third-party company doing the tear-off, and the owner was on our site each day to check in. He was also responsive to every issue that popped up along the way. Today we had a major leak around our solar tube. Water was leaking down the side of the tube into the house. I called Raindance and spoke to Todd, who gave me a few ranges in prices based on the conversation. He was very upfront about an "emergency service call" and could not guarantee a fix could happen but they would do their best. Todd came out to do a roof inspection on the home I was purchasing. I could not have been happier with the service he provided. He was incredibly thorough and patiently answered every question I had. He then provided me a multiple page written report on the condition the the roof, any issues he found, and his recommendations for mitigation. He also provided written cost estimates for items that needed to be addressed in the next two years. These estimates helped us intelligently navigate the escrow process. It was definitely worth the money to have this knowledge.

Todd Landress and his team did an excellent job repairing our roof. Our building manager carefully researched and interviewed multiple companies. Raindance made a lot of promises, but in the end they exceeded all of them.
Some highlights include replacing 80% of the wood, providing high quality shingling, replacing vents and capping old ones, daily clean-up of worksite for a 5 day project, detailed repairs to improve aesthetic appearance, and removal/proper disposal of old materials no longer needed. All this for fair and competitive pricing.

Like a lot of other people, I discovered I had major roof problems during the rainstorms last winter. I had 3 separate bids to replace my roof...all of which were right around the same price. I decided to go with Raindance because Todd, the owner, actually brought me up on my roof and showed me what all my issues were. Todd took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my roof, and his plan to fix it. The others simply told me I needed a new roof and asked for a deposit, for me that was too much money to pay and not see what you are actually paying for.

Raindance Roof Company is the epitome of great customer service before, during, and even after installation! Todd and his crew were consummate professionals. The new roof Raindance installed not only functions to keep rain outside (not pouring inside my house like before), but it's aesthetically pleasing, adding great curb appeal. While they were working on the roof, they kept the mess at a minimum. Upon finishing, they cleaned up (surprisingly, some workers don't). Raindance Roofing did an excellent job re-oofing our home. Todd's crew was knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. Todd checked with us everyday to make sure everything was going well. Excellent job. Todd from Raindance Roof was nothing but professional. We could not make up our mind on colors, he was extremely patient and very helpful even though it took weeks to decide. The job site was always left clean, no nails or material left anywhere. He made a commitment to a time schedule and actually was done early. We were told upfront about possible unexpected costs due to wood rot. He stayed in contact with us throughout the whole installation process- no surprise that was nice.
