We had been using another company for our pool services for a few years, but we became unsatisfied with the service we were receiving, so I called Sparkle Brite to see if they could do a better job. Cole (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly) arrived on time, and was very professional. He was very open to answering all of my questions (and I had quite a few), and the pool still works really well and looks great now, a month after the service. Cole spent more time and did a more thorough job than my previous company ever did (and charged the same amount), and I will definitely continue to use

I took my Polaris into Sparkle Brite based on the positive recommendations on NextDoor. It was fixed in one day and I was only charged for a $12 part. Sorry Leslies - I found my new favorite pool store!!

These guys are the best. Never had a pool store try harder not to sell me product. Very fair and honest in all transactions. They will not try to sell you chemicals, parts or services that you don't need. Quick to provide guidance and present alternatives. I have used for pool pump repair, water testing and basic supplies. They understand customer obsession.

I don't normally do reviews, but I have been in and out of this place for a few years now. They have been so helpful to me that sometimes I feel guilty with the amount of money they save me. I just try to buy whatever I can from them in place of leaving an outright tip. If you like to twinker and do it yourself, they are perfect, if you don't wish to bother with fixing it yourself, they are perfect. They will be candid and tell you what they can and cannot do and why. They seem to be proud of what they do and their ability to help. I don't know everyone, but Chris's name stands out. He has has

Staff always has answers to my questions and great selection. Typically can get items not stocked within 24 hours. I prefer to do most of my shopping online but this store is an exception. They are my go-to for everything for my pool.

Consistently the best customer service of any store around. They go out of their way to be kind and helpful, even offering cost savings ideas instead of just trying to sell as much as they can. They are not the closest pool supply store to me, but it is the friendly and helpful staff that keeps me shopping there. I have found that they are competitively priced and if they don't have an item I need, they can certainly order it for me. I won't shop anywhere else.

I have been here twice for fairly large, expensive items. the people at the store went out of their way to help, including making a special trip from home to make sure I had the item and knew how it was installed. their prices came close to internet prices, which was great...I could see and ask questions from a real person who actually works on the equipment. These people did very well for me, and I will continue to come back.

As new pool owners it hard to get the hang of things. Jim and all the staff have been incredibly helpful. We wouldn't have gotten the pool ready ready for memorial day without them. As long as we have a pool we will shop here.
