Walked in to buy 24 glasses that we saw through the window that we had been looking for on Thursday at 5:48 PM. First words out of clerks mouth was we close in 10 minutes. Not a welcome not a hi how are you. Ask for the price and she said they were marked. When I said they were not she made up a price! How do I know? The larger glasses were cheaper. They lost the sale maybe $250-300 not huge but…. wouldn’t you think that as a small business they would like a sale!

The hammered copper table top was outstanding. Not only was it unique, the craftsmanship was outstanding. It was round, but was perfectly packed.
We paired it with a cast iron base and it is now a centerpiece of our breakfast nook. We have referred several friends already. Thanks to Kevin and the crew at Artesanos for a great piece that is both functional and beautiful.

I was apprehensive about making a major purchase online, sight unseen. I did a lot of research on the company as well as on the merchandise and am glad I took the risk to order. The table was securely packed and arrived safely. As for the big reveal ... WOWWWW! What a stunning piece of furniture. The table is a work of art. I couldn't love it more. We ordered a sofa from this store in mid February, which arrived at the store in six weeks as we were told. But when the sofa arrived at the store, we were in the initial period of the Covid 19 emergency, and didn't want it delivered until that matter settled down a bit so we would have better information on what was safe and what was not. No problem. Store personnel advised us they would store it until we were ready for delivery. We asked for delivery in early May, and the delivery experience was good. I ordered a custom table from them and not only were they great to work with by accommodating all of my request, the table far exceeded my expectations in the beauty and quality. It is truly a work of art and something I feel would have cost three time as much elsewhere. I was also amazed by the care they took in making sure the shippers could not have possibly damaged it. This was a copper top round table with a wrought iron base. This is a top notch company!

Kevin worked diligently with us throughout the selection process for a hammered copper table in our breakfast nook. Instead of the more ornate and classic Spanish style table base, we wanted a more modern linear table base and Artesanos provided a custom one. Also, we have two smaller hammered copper side tables that we purchased a couple years ago from a furniture store, and while we are happy with those, the variations of tones and colors in this copper top from Artesanos are much more vibrant and interesting. And the price was good too.

What an amazing gem of a store in the best mountain town ever! The owners of this establishment, Rich and Jenn, take customer service to the ultimate level. They were able to find exactly what we were looking for to furnish our home between on floor merchandise, custom copper orders, and gorgeous custom made leather sofas from American Leather. Not only did they meet our expectations, they also stored our furniture free of charge while we were making renovations to our home, and charged an Unbelievably fair and minimal delivery fee to bring the furnishings to our home 60 miles away.

I was a little skeptical about ordering such an expensive piece of furniture off of a link from houzz, but my husband and I are very happy with the purchase of our new Caminito 7 Drawer Dresser! A few days after submitting the order I received an email from Kevin at the company letting me know the item would soon ship and what to expect from there. I recently moved to Durango and have been in the process of furnishing my house here. Artesanos is by far my favorite place to shop for furniture and household items. They are filled with a wide variety of furniture and decorative items, that includes both unique one-of-a kind items as well as standard brands. Their prices are lower than other places in town for some of the brands they carry. I live in San Diego and ordered an iron & wood table and bench from Artesanos online store. I could not be happier. Their price was much lower than any other sites that I had found and their customer service was outstanding. Kevin and Richard followed up with me regarding shipping and even offered to find a local mover to help me with set-up (side note, I should have taken them up on the mover because the table alone weights over 350 pounds!!). Outstanding experience - highly recommend!

We bought a vanity from Artesano's for $600. Immediately the paint/ varnish was coming off and and when we bought it we were told this wouldn't happen. We went back to see what product was that they used on surface and they wouldn't help. Emailed owner and no reply. Oh yeah, vanity now has numerous cracks and is pretty much trash two years later.

Spent more than $1000 w/Artesanos and was a little hesitant given they're not a pottery barn or artefacte name brand, but was very pleased with the whole process. Ordered a giant, heavy, iron bed. Great value, arrived ahead of schedule and with lots of extra packing to keep my iron bed safe on the trip. Delivery guy carried everything to our backyard where we unpacked and carried up in pieces. Would recommend A+++
