I would NEVER buy another product from them. Once you buy, you will not be able to contact your salesperson again. I’ve had their repair team out 3 times and it always “works” until about one week later. Then it’s another call and another chunk of money. It’s been almost 5 years and my gas log still doesn’t work!!! (And I don’t have the money to replace it!!).

Busy place. So, it was a little hard to get assistance. However, I was able to find an electric fireplace for our new renovation AND one of the sales people actually delivered to it to my house. I live about 55 miles from Fireplace Stone & Patio. This salesperson lived in my hometown. I was very happy about this act of kindness.
