We had a commercial kitchen remodel planned but had a hard time finding a contractor capable of handling the entire job, A Level Above was our answer, they lived up to their name and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The largest hurdles were planning and permitting with the many restrictive agencies around the Lake.
Clint and his team were aggressive and timely in making sure that the permitting process went smoothly.-. Our company is a full-service construction firm, holding multiple license classifications in both California and Nevada, and exhibiting a proven track-record of overcoming the challenges that come with building in and around the Lake Tahoe Basin.Whatever your construction needs may be, A Level Above can provide you with the means to succeed.

Simply put: we get your project built. Whether commercial or residential, single-family or multi-unit, we have the relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors, and government agencies to get your project done on-time, in-budget, and without headaches. The design process is ultimately a team effort, and every team needs a leader.
A Level Above is a vertically integrated development company, completing our own purchasing, design, investment, entitlement, construction, and leading a sales effort. We employ a full-time in-house attorney to support our consulting services, and have established partnerships with local brokerage firms to assist in acquisitions.
Before a project can break ground in Lake Tahoe, it must go through multiple layers of design review. The first and most challenging stop is TRPA, the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency. TRPA "leads the cooperative effort to preserve, restore, and enhance the unique natural and human environment of the Lake Tahoe Region, while improving local communities, and people's interactions with our irreplaceable environment."
